Clementine Martini

Blend orange juice with vodka, orange liqueur and prosecco, garnished with sliced clementine’s

Espresso Martini

Vodka, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, and sugar syrup.

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

A mixture of vodka, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, and Salted Caramel syrup.

French Martini

Vodka, Chambord and Pineapple juice. sugar syrup.

Cosmopolitan

Vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed or sweetened lime juice.

Pina Colada

Rum, cream of coconut or coconut milk, and pineapple juice.

A classy cocktail served in an elegant flute – a simple combination of chilled peach purée, prosecco and a splash of Raspberry Liqueur.

Tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice served with salt on the rim of the glass.

Steamboat

Southern Comfort, Line Cordial Fresh, Lime juice and a splash of lemonade served in a long glass over ice!

Mai Tai

Treat yourself to a mai tai cocktail, with the flavours of white and dark rum and orange liqueur.

Pina Colada

  • 1 oz (one part) Coconut cream, 1 oz (one part) White rum, 3 oz (3 parts) Pineapple juice

Method

Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like.

 

French Martini

Method

Shake the vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice with ice really hard until the pineapple juice froths up a bit, then strain into the glass. Garnish with raspberry.

 

Cosmopolitan

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka Citron, 1 oz Cranberry juice, 1/2 oz Cointreau, 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

Method

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

Espresso Martini

Method

Pour 1 tbsp sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice, the vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold. Strain into the chilled glasses. Garnish each one with coffee beans if you like.

 

Margarita

  • 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz Lime juice, 2 oz Tequila

Method

Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of a tumbler and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and Cointreau. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.

 

Strawberry Daiquiri

1 1/2 shot of rum, 1 shot of lime juice, freshly squeezed, 1 shot of  sugar  syrup, 4 to 5 large fresh and frozen strawberries mix together in blender. Serve in margarita glass. 

 

Clementine martini

Mix the 2 shots of orange juice, 1 shot vodka and 1 shot of Cointreau in cocktail shaker with ice. Serve in martini glass and top up with prosecco and garnish with clementine slices.  

 

Bellini

Put the peach puree in a Champagne flute up to about 1/3 full and slowly top up with Prosecco, add frozen peach slice to garnish. 

 

Jammy Doughnut

Dip the rim of the shots glass in sugar, fill 1/3 of shot glass with vodka,  1/3 of shot glass with Chambord and 1/3 to float the fresh double cream to the top. 

 

Mai Tai

  • 25ml  golden rum, 1 tbsp  orange liquer, 2 tsp  orgeat syrup,
  • 25ml  lime juice, 2 tsp  sugar syrup, 25ml  dark rum


Pour the golden rum, curacao, orgeat, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels really cold.

Fill a tumbler with crushed ice then strain the cocktail over it. Slowly pour the dark rum over the top so it stains the top of the drink a rusty gold. Garnish with fruit like pineapple, lime and cocktail cherries if you like.
